  • Are the providers accredited, verified or approved by reputed institutions like Better Business Bureau, National Association for Addiction Professionals (NAADAC), The Board for Certification of Addiction Specialists, and/or any other?
  • Is the course offered in flexible credit hours, to suit your requirement?
  • Does your court or employer accept it’s certification, should that be the reason for your enrollment?
  • Is the course closer to where you live, or can be done online, to make it convenient for you?
  • Do you have access to their syllabus before enrolling, so you have an idea on what they are going to teach you, and if that is what you need?
  • Is the course offered an industry standard course?

Online or Offline Anger Classes

Traditional classroom courses offer the advantage of direct interaction with the instructor, and also the opportunity to meet with others who have a similar issue or are in a similar boat.

But online anger management classes have plenty of other advantages. Firstly, you won’t have to take time off work to attend a course. Secondly, there is no travel involved and, thirdly, you can access the course as and when it suits you, and at a price you can afford; online courses are completely self-paced, and accessible 24-hours a day.

Another advantage to online anger management classes is that you retain anonymity. You may be finding it difficult to come to terms with the fact that you have an anger problem, so attending a traditional course could be too daunting a prospect – laying yourself bare to a group of strangers.
