Perhaps you’re just feeling a bit low and need a boost. At these moments, you can consciously affirm yourself by saying your confidence affirmation out loud.
Another option is to write down your confidence affirmation daily. This is a great choice if journaling is already a daily habit for you. Some people prefer the active action of writing down their affirmations and seeing the words in front of them.
